More than a pottery class, this is an invitation into the world of making. An intimate gathering where art, design, and conversation meet, and the simple act of creating something with our hands becomes an experience worth sharing.
For our inaugural gathering, we welcome Obed Sánchez-Liborio, a multidisciplinary artist whose creative practice moves between ceramics, floral design, and the beauty of everyday objects. Together, we’ll explore the relationship between creativity, craftsmanship, and the things we make.
THE ATELIER
Join us inside Løv Bridal & Sartorial Atelier, the personal creative studio of designers & makers Oscar and Katie Durán.
Nestled within a beautifully restored 1883 building in historic downtown Fremont, Nebraska, the atelier is a working multidisciplinary space where bespoke fashion, dressmaking, ceramics, music, and the broader arts come together through a shared passion for design, craftsmanship, and the art of making.
THE EXPERIENCE
Each intimate, 2½ hour gathering includes:
The Atelier: A 30 minute conversation exploring art, design, and the creative process with the makers of the atelier.
The Art of Ceramics: Two hours of hands on pottery with Obed at your own dedicated pottery wheel.
Your Creations: Two pounds of clay to create two handmade cups, including professional firing and your choice of house white or clear glaze.
Atelier Hospitality: Light refreshments and libations in the intimate atmosphere of a working creative studio.
Something to Take Home: Your finished ceramic pieces, available for pickup approximately three weeks later, subject to successful firing.
